Bucs Start Second Drive of Half with Good Field Position

On the Buccaneers’ opening drive of the second half, they failed to score on the drive, but were able to get passed mid-field, allowing P Michael Koenen to drop the punt within the Chargers’ two-yard line.

The Charger offense managed one first down, but were again forced back inside their 10-yard line on a big negative stop by LB Lavonte David.

The ensuing punt and return gives the Buccaneer offense the ball back at their own 41-yard line with just over half of the third quarter remaining. The Chargers still lead 21-17.
