With 1:02 remaining, the Buccaneers offense took the field, needing 80 yards and eight points to tie the Carolina Panthers.

Freeman then found WR Tiquan Underwood for his first catch of the game for 18-yards. After the catch, Underwood was hit hard by LB Thomas Davis. The flag was thrown as Davis hit Underwood’s helmet, adding 15 yards to the play, setting up the Bucs at the Carolina 47.

Freeman hit RB Doug Martin who ran out of bounds after adding six yards. He was forced to get rid of the pass on second down, setting up third-and-four with 32 seconds left.

Third down, Freeman connected with Vincent Jackson over the middle, good for 17 yards. The Bucs immediately ran up to the line, spiking it with 20 seconds left on the clock. The ball is at the 24-yard line.

On the second down play, with 24 yards needed to score, Freeman threw a laser to Vincent Jackson over the middle. Freeman’s pass was perfect as he was getting hit, finding Jackson in stride, covered by three Panther defenders. With possession and two feet in, Jackson wrestled the ball away for the score.

They will need a two-point conversion to tie.
