Broncos Go Up, 14-10 on Thomas TD Catch

The Denver Broncos took advantage of a short field after forcing the Buccaneers to punt deep in their own territory and a 21-yard return from PR Holliday.

Peyton Manning converted first downs on his first two passes with a 13-yarder to WR Demaryius Thomas, then a 15-yard shot on the sideline to TE Jacob Tamme.

Following an incompletion, Peyton Manning let one go to the end zone that went over the head of Thomas. However, CB Leonard Johnson was called for pass interference, setting the offense up at the eight yard line.

On the ensuing throw it was Thomas again, this time catching the pass from Manning in the back of the end zone. The Broncos have taken the lead, 14-10, with 9:10 to go in the third quarter.

After the kickoff sailed out of the end zone, the Buccaneers will start their drive on the 20-yard line looking to answer back once again.
