The Buccaneers and Saints traded three-and-outs before the Saints punted the ball away to the Buccaneers, giving Josh Freeman and the offense a second chance to get things started.
They fell into an early third-and-seven situation, but saw the conversion on a D.J. Ware reception on the left sideline that moved the chains.
Three plays later the offense faced another third down situation that was converted on a beautiful back shoulder toss from Freeman to WR Mike Williams.
The Buccaneer drive would end at the Saints’ 20-yard line however as Freeman let go of a second down pass that ended up in the arms of Jabari Greer. The New Orleans Saints will have the ball at their own 19-yard line.
