Benn, Grimm Questionable for Sunday’s Game

The Buccaneers could be without one pass-catcher and one pass-defender when they take on the Chargers on Sunday, but that likely won’t be certain until shortly before game time.

Tampa Bay released its final injury report of the week on Friday, complete with game-status designations.  Both WR Arrelious Benn and S Cody Grimm are listed as questionable, due to shoulder and hamstring injuries, respectively.

Starting WR Mike Williams was also added to the Bucs’ report on Friday due to a forearm injury sustained on the practice field, but he practiced fully for the third day in a row and is considered probable for the Charger game.

The Chargers’ injury report includes one player – LB Antwan Barnes, hamstring – who is doubtful for Sunday’s game.  In addition, T Jared Gaither (groin), DE Corey Liuget (hamstring) and LB Demorrio Williams (abdominal) are all listed as questionable.  Gaither, the Chargers’ starting left tackle, did not practice on Thursday or Friday after being limited on Wednesday.
