When the Buccaneers began their week of practice on Wednesday, WR Vincent Jackson was limited by a calf injury and RB D.J. Ware was sidelined by an illness. On Thursday, both of those offensive contributors were back at full participation on the practice field.
“Vincent was out there, he feels better today so we just have to be careful,” said Head Coach Greg Schiano of the Buccaneers’ leading receiver.
The Eagles got three players back to full participation on Thursday after they were limited or out to start the week, but none of them were RB LeSean McCoy or QB Michael Vick. Both McCoy and Vick have missed several weeks in a row due to concussions, and Head Coach Andy Reid has already said that rookie Nick Foles will continue to start at quarterback.
The returning players for Philly on Thursday were DT Fletcher Cox (tailbone), RB Chris Polk (toe) and CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (knee). Both Cox and Rodgers-Cromartie are starters on the Philadelphia defense.
