Bucs Schedule Two Practices for Bye Week

The Buccaneers would have liked to glide into their bye week with a victory, but Billy Cundiff’s last-second field goal on Sunday denied them of that privilege.  Still, the team is sure to enjoy some extra rest and recuperation before starting up again versus the Kansas City Chiefs on October 14.

As usual, Tampa Bay will also get in some extra work during their game-less week.  The Bucs will practice on Tuesday and Wednesday and then the players will be given the rest of the week off, through Sunday.  Preparations for the Kansas City Chiefs will begin the following Monday, October 8.

Head Coach Greg Schiano will still hold his day-after-game press conference on Monday at the usual time, 4:45 p.m. ET.  It will be carried live on Buccaners.com, as will his two post-practice briefings on Tuesday and Wednesday.
