Last week, CB Eric Wright was the primary concern on Tampa Bay’s injury report, though he improved by week’s end and was able to play against Oakland. This week, Wright appears to be the least pressing issue on the team’s injury list.
The Bucs started the week with five players on their official injury report, and four of them were held out of practice on Wednesday: WR Arrelious Benn, DE Michael Bennett, S Cody Grimm and TE Luke Stocker. Wright, on the other hand, was able to practice without limitations. Bennett has been on the Bucs’ injury report in recent weeks but Benn, Grimm and Stocker are all new additions after the Raider game.
The Chargers submitted an eight-person injury report, but only one player – LB Antwan Barnes – was held out of practice on Wednesday, due to a hamstring ailment. Here are the full official injury reports from the beginning of the week:
